With Christmas fast approaching and the weather in London gradually getting colder day by day I thought it was time for a change of nail colour. I have been wearing nude colours all year round so I decided to try something a little brighter. 

My new favourite colour is one that I have had for quite some time. It is called 'Coca-Cola Red' by O.P.I. As the name suggests, it is that famous Coca Cola bright red colour. This nail varnish is amazing because it is very pigmented, which means that you get the full intensity of the red with just one coat (although I always tend to apply two coats). The finish is shiny, which is my favourite type of finish for a nail varnish, as opposed to matte. I think 'Coca-Cola Red' is the perfect colour for the upcoming Christmas season because there is something that is just so festive about the colour red.

This nail varnish colour is definitely on the pricier end of nail varnish. However, I definitely think that it is worth it because with there only being a need to apply one coat and taking into account the fact that it doesn't easily chip, one bottle will go a very long way.
